Emotional eating causes so much pain and can lead to poor health. It is more common than many realize. Many of us eat when we are happy, when we are sad, when we are scared or when we are simply exhausted but need a "reward". I know I do it. At the end of a long day I want to sit down with chocolate and a glass of wine. This isn't always a bad thing but knowing WHEN to stop eating and HOW to appreciate food is so important to overall health.
