More and more people are discovering the benefits of a plant-based diet. Whether it's for environmental, ethical, or health reasons, the trend of eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes is on the rise. With more options for plant-based products and restaurant options available, it's easier than ever to make the switch.
